A small, hard-working consulting firm based in the Southwest of England. Established in 2013, we hit the ground running with our direct approach to finding success. Large scale solutions, communication development and project managing, we offer our clients the full package.

David started his Fire Service career as a Junior Fireman with Derbyshire Fire Service and also served in Leicestershire where he gained his Fire Prevention knowledge, he developed the ability to train which saw him coaching schools in Fire Awareness for competitions & adults from various employment sectors in fire fighting & rescue. He entered the world of business & on returning to Fire Safety gained assessors & teaching qualifications.

Ashley is a Prince 2 Practitioner (Project Management) with experience in SIA licencing of staff who come into contact with the public, his awareness of peoples differing actions in un-usual circumstances gives us an insight how to take control gaining peoples trust without escalating a situation demonstrates great life like practical scenarios.

Samantha’s expertise is Psychology particularly human behaviour & reactions in extreme circumstances; this enables the tutors to produce “real life scenarios” to all our courses giving our students a clear picture of what really happens in emergencies.
